Case studies
The work I can walk through in depth
Each one follows the same shape: the problem, the architecture, the key decisions, and what broke along the way.
WM.Tools
The internal platform I built for our K-12 district's IT department
A permission-aware portal that brings Google Workspace admin, Chromebook fleet tracking, device lending, printing and staff compliance into one place, plus the automation, print and secrets platform it runs on.
dev-llc
Client VPS provisioning and deployment for Binary Prosperity LLC
An internal tool that takes a new client from domain purchased to live on a dedicated cloud VPS: Vultr instance, per-client SSH key, Cloudflare DNS and Origin CA TLS, and image-based deploys through GHCR. Retries never duplicate cloud resources.
The Homelab Platform
One hypervisor, six VMs, four domains and about 90 services, run by me
The platform under everything else on this site: an XCP-ng host with a dedicated reverse-proxy VM, a self-built NAS and a GPU VM, serving ~130 virtual hosts across four domains.
dlt
Self-service site provisioning, built at home, then rebuilt for production
A Laravel app and a Bash template that turn one form into a live site: Cloudflare DNS, a vhost on my reverse proxy, Let's Encrypt TLS and a Docker Compose stack. It launched 11+ sites before I rebuilt the idea for production as dev-llc.
GPU / AI host
Shared GPUs for local AI, voice and media on one homelab VM
A GPU-passthrough VM that runs local LLMs, image generation, fine-tuning, a speech-to-text service and media transcoding, sharing three NVIDIA cards across containers.
